Claire is a writer and director from downtown Chicago. After completing her BFA at NYU in theatre, Claire spent time as a sketch comedy writer at the Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB) theater in New York City.

Claire has been an assistant on South Park and is a 2020 Black List x Women in Film Episodic Lab alumni. Claire wrote for the Peacock Kids web show, Scrapbook My Life, and her first video game - a Meta Quest VR project for New Line Cinema in 2021.

Claire's journalistic work, focusing on the intersection of human interest and feminism as well as celebrity profiles, has appeared in ELLE, Bustle, Nylon, and LAist.

Claire co-wrote and co-directed a short film, Dollar Generals, with her husband, Brenden Gallagher, which had its world premiere at the Chicago Irish Film Festival in 2022.  Claire was featured in The Hollywood Reporter in 2021 for her work as a labor activist alongside workers on the picket line of the Chateau Marmont Hotel strike.
